I understand that emergencies happen and these will be considered on a case-by-case basis. In general, when booking an appointment with me please expect to adhere to my policies and plan on paying a fee should anything arise and you cannot make it last minute.
This isn't about being strict; it's about keeping the lights on and the doors open at my little studio. I know that my policies may not be for everyone, and that’s ok! I encourage you to find a provider whose policies you are more comfortable with. Thank you for understanding and supporting my small business!
Cancellation Policy
I have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy, meaning that all appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment start time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Please text me to inform me if you cannot make it to your appointment (emails and Instagram DM’s are not considered adequate communication as they are not checked as often, and will result in a no-show fee of 100%.)
If you cancel your appointment within an hour of the appointment start time, this is considered a no-show and the card on file will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Late Policy
There is a grace period of 10 minutes per appointment - if you are running more than 10 minutes late, we unfortunately will not have enough time to perform your service and this is considered a no-show. If you are recieving multiple services and still want to go ahead with a shorter appointment, you will still be charged for all services originally booked. Likewise, if you decide last minute that you no longer want one of the services that you scheduled, you must still pay for the time that you had originally booked.
Rescheduling Policy
If you book an appointment and reschedule it more than three times without making it in for an appointment, you will no longer be able to book online and can only schedule appointments for the same-day via communication with me.
Product Return Policy
There is a 7-day return policy for unopened and unused products. For in-studio purchases this is 7 days from the purchase date. For online orders, this is 7 days from delivery date. The returned product must be in the same condition as it was sent to you or the refund will be denied. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. If the refund is denied and you want the product sent back to you, you are responsible for shipping charges.
If the product is damaged upon receipt or for any other issues, please reach out to me directly at hello@brandi-esthetics.com within 1 week of product delivery.
